The package price includes:

  • Accommodation with a generous buffet breakfast and a traditional festive Christmas buffet dinner
  • A small Christmas welcome gift in your room upon arrival
  • Complimentary mulled wine for adults and delicious hot tea for children
  • A festive Christmas treasure hunt throughout the hotel and spa for children, with a surprise gift
  • Christmas Massage Special: Book any 40- or 60-minute massage and receive a complimentary 20-minute massage (advance booking required, subject to availability)
  • Direct indoor access to the Thermal Spa Siklós
  • Unlimited use of the thermal spa during opening hours (please note that on 24 December, the spa is open until 4:00 PM), including children's and adult pools, adventure attractions, and 2 giant water slides
  • Unlimited use of the sauna world during opening hours (on 24 December, open until 4:00 PM)
  • Complimentary Christmas-themed sauna sessions with professional sauna masters in the Russian sauna

Please note: On 24 December (Christmas Eve), Mulino Restaurant is open from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Salon Bar until 10:00 PM, and the Thermal Spa until 4:00 PM.

Our billiards room, lounges, children's playrooms, and table tennis facilities remain available to guests throughout the evening.

The hotel reserves the right to modify the programme.

Our outdoor pools are closed during this period.

    Spa facilities are available free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, provided this is arranged in advance with the hotel reception.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Within 10 working days of booking, please transfer 30% of the total amount as a deposit to a current account.

Cancellation conditons:

In case of booking packages for holidays and special periods, we offer the possibility of modification and cancellation until the 10th day prior to arrival without penalty! In the event of cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival, the Guest is liable to pay 100% of the confirmed amount due for the entire booked period.
When making a transfer, please include the guest's name, address and booking reference in the comment field. The hotel will issue an invoice for the deposit received, which can be collected at the reception on arrival.
In the case of a no-fee cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but can be deducted from the price of accommodation at another time depending on the free capacity of the hotel.
