Spa services can be used free of charge before check-in and after check-out, provided this is requested in advance at the hotel reception. We reserve the right to modify programs.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Within 10 working days of booking, please transfer 30% of the total amount as a deposit to a current account.

Cancellation conditons:

In case of booking packages for holidays and special periods, we offer the possibility of modification and cancellation until the 10th day prior to arrival without penalty! In the event of cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival, the Guest is liable to pay 100% of the confirmed amount due for the entire booked period.
When making a transfer, please include the guest's name, address and booking reference in the comment field. The hotel will issue an invoice for the deposit received, which can be collected at the reception on arrival.
In the case of a no-fee cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but can be deducted from the price of accommodation at another time depending on the free capacity of the hotel.
